Cherry Borek

For the best flavour, lightly coat a pan with oil or butter and heat each side of the borek until it’s golden and slightly crispy or place in the oven. 

Consume within two days of refrigeration.

Ingredients:  Cherries, brown sugar, flour, salt, and sunflower oil
